The use of our website is in general possible without the provision of personal data. Insofar as personal data is collected on our sites (for example name, address, or email address), this always takes place, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. 1 SSL encryption

If you are using the contact form to submit your enquiry to us, the details you have provided in the form will be saved at our end along with the contact data specified in the form, for the purpose of processing the enquiry. After the answer, your enquiry will be deleted. We will not forward such data without your consent.
5 Online login, starters’ list, collection procedure and time measurement
All of the personal data which you give in the online registration is saved on a race result server in Germany and is processed by us online for the purpose of the event execution of race result as a commissioned service provider.
race result is likewise commissioned by us to undertake the related collection procedure, to carry out the time measurement at the event, to create and publish the starters’ lists before and the results after the race.
race result undertakes not to make this data available to third parties and to process it in accordance with Article 32 only in conformity with GDPR.

6 Results lists
On this website, results lists from the previous years are incorporated. The operator of this service is our former time measurement company mika:timing GmbH, Strundepark – Kürtener Straße 11b, 51465 Bergisch Gladbach, Germany.
The data which can be called up is collected in the course of the registrations from the previous years and among others for the purpose of the carrying out of events and the presentation of starters’ and results lists such as customarily for athletic events is saved on servers in Germany.
