The PUMA Shake Out Run is a little warm-up for your big day on Sunday!
Here we want to loosen up your legs and calm your nerves at a relaxed pace! You have got the training in your legs, now it is all about your head! Meet other runners and get in the mood for the (half) marathon Sunday together!
The PUMA Shake Out Run will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Aachener Weiher in downtown Cologne .
Participation costs €5.00, of which €3.00 will be donated to the charity organisation The Human Safety Net.
The first 100 registrants will receive a PUMA goodie on site!
Drinks from Reissdorf and a small breakfast from REWE will be waiting for you at the finish line!
Participation
You must be at least 14 years old to take part. The year of birth is decisive, not your birthday (year of birth 2011 or older).
The number of participants is limited to 1,000.
Registration for participation is only possible via this official website.
Health
Before taking part, we recommend that all participants have an appropriate sports medical examination. As an aid and indication, you can carry out the health test of the German Sport University and German Road Races as part of the registration process.

We store and process the personal data you provide when registering for the purposes of organising and running the event. This applies in particular to the data required for communication.
If you are already registered for the marathon, half marathon or relay marathon on October 5, you can easily book the PUMA Shake Out Run via your change link in the registration confirmation email.
If you are not yet registered for October 5, you can book the PUMA Shake Out Run as part of your registration for the Sunday event.
